When it gets cold, staying consistent with running gets tough. Discovering Mile High Run Club was a complete game-changer. The classes are mostly interval-based and really push your limits, but what I love most is that there’s no set pace. Since it’s all on treadmills, everyone can run at their own pace, which makes it approachable yet challenging.
